- Ordinary Members
Any local qualified doctor who is interested in Endoscopic Ultrasonography and whose application is duly proposed, seconded and passed in a Directors’ Meeting shall become an Ordinary Member - Associate Members
Any person local or overseas working or studying in the field of medicine and healthcare industry and whose application is duly proposed, seconded and passed in a Directors’ Meeting shall become an Associate Member. Such members shall enjoy all the privileges of the Society except the power of voting, holding office or inspecting accounts. - Honorary Members
This membership conferred under exceptional circumstances by the Society as a sign of respect and appreciation to a lead in the field of treatment and research of Endoscopic Ultrasonography and/or a person who has made significant contribution to the Society. This person shall be proposed and seconded by two Ordinary Members of the Society and proposal shall be passed in a Directors’ Meeting and subsequently endorsed in the minutes of the Annual General Meeting. Honorary membership shall be for life. An Honorary Members shall not be entitled to vote in any general meeting or nominate candidates for Directors but shall on other respects, unless excluded in these Articles, enjoy the same rights of a Members.
